Two shoppers examining an ornate antique clock in a hall of carved wooden furniture

Downtown Everett · Since 2013

Twenty-plus shops. Two floors. One good find away.

A vendor mall of antiques, vintage and the genuinely odd on Hewitt Ave — new inventory in the door every single day.

  • 20+ vendors
  • New inventory daily
  • The Attic upstairs
  • Open every day 10–6

Two floors, two worlds

One building, one admission-free wander, and two distinct markets stacked on top of each other.

The wide main floor: sofas and upholstered chairs in front of rows of framed paintings and shelves of antiques, under a tin DINER sign on the back wall

Main floor

Antiques & the mall

The ground floor is the full vendor mall — twenty-plus independent booths of antiques, collectibles, used and vintage furniture, and home decor, each one curated by the dealer who stocks it.

Upstairs in The Attic: rows of clothing racks packed with vintage shirts and garments over a patterned carpet

Upstairs

The Attic

Climb the stairs and the shop changes character: The Attic is a dedicated vintage clothing market, its own set of vendors, each with a booth of mixed eras — sweaters, textiles and the kind of pieces you go up for and lose an hour to.

  • Vintage clothing
  • Separate vendors
  • Mixed eras & styles
  • Sweaters & textiles

Inside the mall

Crowded, curated, and never the same twice. A few corners as they looked this season.

Bryan's on-site workshop crowded with tools, vintage signs, a surveyor's tripod and work-in-progress furniture

Bryan's workshop

Built here, one at a time.

Owner Bryan McClimans does more than fill booths. In an on-site workshop he builds custom tables and lamps by hand — the one thing in the mall you cannot find anywhere else, because it did not exist until he made it.

Ask at the counter if you want something built. It is how half the furniture on the floor got here.

From a garage cleanout to Hewitt Ave

It started with a favor. Bryan McClimans was asked to clean out a garage and, instead of charging to haul it to the dump, offered to sell what was inside and split the money. That one weekend turned into regular garage sales.

A first storefront followed at 34th and Broadway, and then, on January 1st 2013, the permanent home at 1307 Hewitt Avenue. Over the decade since, a one-man shop grew into a vendor mall of more than twenty independent sellers across two floors.

Today it is the best shop in Everett — their words, and they will not take them back. New inventory comes through the door every day, and every vendor keeps their own corner of it worth wandering into.

Bryan McClimans, owner

In their words

Every space is like stepping into a time capsule — from modern, to bringing you back to your childhood: toys, pictures, glassware, beautiful clothing and textiles. Each vendor takes time to curate their space, and they work hard to keep bringing in new inventory, so your experience is one you will always remember. I truly love coming in to support our local vendors.
